Amesha Mason,

Amesha Mason has the experience, knowledge and passion to help make your dreams a reality.


A Los Angeles native, Amesha holds her Bachelor of Science degree in Health Science from California State University Northridge. She began her sales career as a mortgage loan consultant in 2002 and transitioned into Real Estate in 2003. At the same time, she served her community as a Communication Strategies instructor for UCLA Extension Program. In 2010, Amesha relocated to Atlanta and fell in love with the city.


After familiarizing herself with all that Atlanta has to offer, she joined Keller Williams in 2012. In 2013, she was an Atlanta Board of Realtors Multimillion Dollar Producer! She consistently places in the top 20% of all agents her Keller Williams Market Center and has had the privilege of serving on the Agent Leadership Council for over 5 years. In September 2014, Amesha made her next bold move: she started Mason and Associates powered by Keller Williams Realty and has been thriving ever since with her staging company, Show Ready Staging, coaching division, mason and associates coaching and consulting, and multi million dollar real estate business.


When Amesha is not skillfully negotiating for her clients or attending to her other two companies, she loves gardening, hiking with her fur baby Mason, kicking her feet up on a patio chaise, or enjoying a rooftop view while relaxing with a glass of wine. Amesha brings her energy and zeal to everything she does.


With over a decade of experience in two of the most aggressive markets in the country, Los Angeles and Atlanta, Amesha Mason has developed a consultative, educational approach to serving her clients with enthusiasm for results; helping them identify and clarify their needs, navigate the sales process, realize their goals, and close right on schedule. Alysha is a former high school teacher turned entrepreneur and real estate consultant who is devoted to  serving any of your real estate needs throughout the Metro Atlanta area. Alysha is renowned among  colleagues, family, friends and clients for her integrity, loyalty and professionalism.

For over 20 years, I have worked tirelessly in the administrative field. With that comes a broad range of experience from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies, working with everyone from sole proprietors to corporate executives. I was able to combine all of those experiences when I found my niche as a Real Estate Assistant.


My job is to ensure that all transactions are handled as smoothly as possible, for both the client and the team. In addition to my administrative abilities, I also bring with me several years of real estate experience, being a former Real Estate Agent in my home state of Connecticut.


It is my belief that my life is purposed to help people and bring authentic joy into their lives. That is why real estate has been such a rewarding career for me, as it allows me the opportunity to assist our clients in fulfilling their lifelong dream of homeownership.

Greg Bertolini,

Home Transformation Specialist

Greg Bertolini brings his unique sense of style and design as the Home Transformation Specialist at Mason & Associates. His goal is to help clients maximize their property's value by ensuring that all homes are aesthetically pleasing to the eye and welcoming to potential buyers. 

His love for home transformations and staging allows him to utilize the vast number of skills that he acquired during his years as a high level corporate executive. His former position required that he adhere to budgetary constraints while remaining attentive to deadlines. This knowledge combined with Greg's impeccable eye for detail produces a masterfully designed home for clients - on time and on budget.

A native of Chicago, Greg has lived and worked in New York, San Francisco and now Atlanta. He is an avid animal lover and in his spare time enjoys swimming, golfing, gardening and is a self-proclaimed "Flea Market Aficionado."
